"My credit card was compromised a few weeks ago, I got a new card and forgot to update my payment information with State Farm. I got a message from State Farm that my payment did not go through. I called the office and spoke to Julia, within a few minutes my information was updated and my payment processed. Every time I called the office for whatever reason they always get me taken care of quickly."
